综合护理干预对产妇产后出血量及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage and sleep quality

目的研究综合护理干预对产妇产后出血量及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院南区2019年8月至2020年7月收治的80例产妇,按照护理方法的不同将产妇分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组使用常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上增加综合护理干预,比较两组的临床护理效果。结果观察组的产后出血量少于对照组,睡眠质量和心理状况评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预措施的应用效果显著,可减少产后出血量,降低产妇术后焦虑感、缓解抑郁情绪,延长其睡眠时间,提高睡眠效率。

Objective To study the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage and sleep quality.Methods A total of 80 puerperas who were admitted to the South District of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing measures,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and the clinical nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results The postpartum blood loss in the obs ervation group was less than that in the control group,and the s leep quality and psychological status scores were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention measures is remarkable,which can reduce postpartum hemorrhage,reduce postoperative anxiety,relieve depression,prolong sleep time,and improve sleep efficiency.
