产科病房实施护理风险管理的临床效果

Clinical effect of implementing nursing risk management in obstetric wards

目的探讨在产科病房实施护理风险管理的价值。方法选取2020年度海东市第二人民医院产科病房孕产妇170例为对照组,2021年度产科病房孕产妇170例为观察组,分别进行常规管理及护理风险管理。比较两组护理质量、护理风险事件、护理满意度差异。结果护理人员2021年度的三基考试、专科理论、产科操作、急救技术、护理文书书写、总分高于2020年度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理风险事件总发生率为4.12%,低于对照组的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的环境管理评分、硬件设施评分、沟通技能评分、健康教育评分、服务态度评分及总分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实行护理风险管理有利于促进孕产妇健康,降低产科护理事件发生,提高护理质量及孕产妇满意度,值得应用。

Objective To explore the value of implementing nursing risk management in obstetric wards.Methods A total of 170 cases of pregnant women in the obstetric ward of the Second People’s Hospital of Haidong in 2020 were selected as the control group,and 170 cases of pregnant women in the obstetric ward in 2021 were selected as the observation group.Routine management and nursing risk management were performed respectively.The differences in nursing quality,nursing risk events,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing staff had higher scores in the three basic examinations,specialty theory,obstetric operations,emergency techniques,nursing paper writing,and total score in 2021 than in 2020,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 4.12%,lower than 10.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The environmental management score,hardware facility score,communication skills score,health education score,service attitude score and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management is beneficial to promote maternal health,reduce the occurrence of obstetric nursing events,improve the quality of care and maternal satisfaction,and hence it is worthy of application.
