基于科教融合的精神医学专业神经解剖学教学模式的探索与实践

摘要 目的 神经解剖学是基础医学与临床医学的一门桥梁课程,对于学生掌握疾病发生机制和相关治疗方案至关重要,但因其名词多、通路繁杂、结构抽象等特点,学生往往缺少学习主动性,影响学习效果。因此,本研究旨在探索一种新的教学模式——科教融合教学模式,并比较其与传统教学模式的教学效果差异。方法 本研究主要采用经验总结、文献研究和问卷调查法,分析了传统教学模式存在的问题,建立了以知识获得及应用过程为重点的科教融合教学模式,并比较了实行前后学生学习效果、解决问题的方式、对科研的兴趣和教学满意度等方面的差异。结果 教学模式改革后,学生学习效果显著提升,解决问题的方式更为积极和多元化,对科学研究的兴趣有所增长,教学满意度显著提升。结论 科教融合教学模式能提高神经解剖学教学质量,有助于将学生培养成兼具专业知识、实践能力和创新思维能力的复合型人才。 Objective Neuroanatomy is a bridge course between basic medicine and clinical medicine,which is very important for students to master the mechanism of disease occurrence and related treatment plans.However,due to its characteristics such as too many nouns,complex pathways and abstract structure,students often lack learning initiative,which affects the learning effect.This study aims to explore a new teaching model--the integrated teaching model of science and education,and compare the difference in teaching effect between it and the traditional teaching model.Methods This research used the experience summary,literature study and questionnaire investigation,analyzed the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode,set up the integrated teaching model of science and education with emphasis on the process of knowledge acquisition and application,and compared the difference in the learning effect,the way to solve the problem,interest in scientific research and teaching satisfaction.Results After the reform of teaching mode,students’ learning effect was significantly improved,and the way to solve problems was more active and diversified.The new teaching mode also increased students’ interest in scientific research and improved teaching satisfaction.Conclusion The integrated teaching mode of science and education enhanced the teaching quality of neuroanatomy,and was meaningful to cultivate students into compound talents with professional knowledge,practical ability and innovative thinking ability.
