老年人孤独感问卷的汉化及信效度检验

Chinese version of Loneliness Inventory for Older Adults and its reliability and validity test

目的:对英文版老年人孤独感问卷进行汉化,并检验其信度和效度。方法:对英文版老年人孤独感问卷进行正译、回译、跨文化调适后形成中文版老年人孤独感问卷。选取辽宁省锦州市488名社区老年人作为研究对象,对其进行信效度检验。结果:中文版老年人孤独感问卷总Cronbach'sα系数为0.928,各维度Cronbach'sα系数为0.842~0.923。问卷的分半信度为0.815,重测信度为0.752。条目的内容效度指数(I⁃CVI)为0.857~1.000,量表的内容效度指数(S⁃CVI)为0.949。探索性因子分析提取出5个公因子,可解释总变异的62.706%。验证性因子分析显示拟合指标良好。结论:中文版老年人孤独感问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可以用于评估我国社区老年人孤独感水平。

Objective:To translate Loneliness Inventory for Older Adults into the Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Chinese version of Loneliness Inventory for Older Adults was formed by translation,retranslated,cross-cultural semantic equivalence assessment.The reliability and validity of Chinese version of Loneliness Inventory for Older Adults were tested by means of questionaire among 488 elderly people from Jinzhou city,Liaoning province.Results:The total Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.928.And the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each dimensions ranged from 0.842 to 0.923.The split-half reliability coefficient of the scale was 0.815.The test⁃retest reliability of the scale was 0.752.The item-content validity index(I⁃CVI)ranged from 0.857 to 1.000.And the scale⁃content validity index(S⁃CVI)was 0.949.Exploratory factor analysis(EFA)extracted 5 factors,whose cumulative contribution of variance accounted for 62.706%of total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting indexes met the statistical standard.Conclusions:The Chinese version of the Loneliness Inventory for Older Adults had good reliability and validity,which could be used as a tool for evaluating the loneliness level of the elderly in communities.
