摘要
粮食入库会出现粮食堆积的情况,粮食堆积会引起局部温度过高和霉变,不利于粮食的储藏,对其进行平整粮面是必不可少的环节。通过研究平整粮面的常用方法,发现在布粮阶段就缺少对平整粮面的考虑,故在平房仓设计了布粮装置,实现在布粮阶段降低粮食堆积的高度,方便了后续人工或机械平粮,减轻了劳动强度,节约了成本,提高了效率。
Grain storage will lead to grain accumulation.Grain accumulation will cause local excessive temperature and mildew,which is not conducive to grain storage.Leveling the grain surface is an essential link.After studying the common methods of leveling grain surface,it is found that there is a lack of consideration of leveling grain surface in the grain distribution stage.Therefore,the grain distribution device is designed in the bungalow warehouse to reduce the height of grain accumulation in the grain distribution stage,facilitate the subsequent manual or mechanical leveling beam,reduce labor intensity,save cost and improve efficiency.
