CT增强扫描时穴位埋线对胃肠道反应情况与CT图像质量的影响

Effect of acupoint catgut embedding on gastrointestinal reaction and CT image quality during CT enhanced scanning

目的探讨穴位埋线应用于CT增强扫描患者中对胃肠道反应情况与CT图像质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年1月至10月于江西中医药大学附属医院200例行CT增强扫描患者的临床资料,根据检查前干预方式不同将患者分为对照组(100例)与观察组(100例)。对照组CT增强扫描前不进行任何特殊干预,观察组患者在CT增强扫描前采用穴位埋线进行干预。比较两组患者的胃肠道不良反应分级情况及CT图像质量。结果观察组的胃肠道不良反应分级情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的CT图像质量优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT增强扫描前应用穴位埋线可有效减轻患者胃肠道不良反应,提高CT图像质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint embedding on gastrointestinal reaction and CT image quality in patients with enhanced CT scanning.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients receiving enhanced CT scan in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into control group(100 cases)and observation group(100 cases)according to different intervention methods before examination.The control group did not receive any special intervention before enhanced CT scanning,while the observation group received acupuncture point embedding intervention before enhanced CT scanning.The grade of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and CT image quality were compared between the two groups.Results The grade of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of excellent CT image quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding before CT enhanced scanning can effectively reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions and improve CT image quality.
