手术室优质护理配合在老年白内障超声乳化手术患者中的应用效果

Application of high quality operating room nursing cooperation in elderly patients undergoing cataract phacoemulsification

目的探讨手术室优质护理配合在老年白内障超声乳化手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至7月在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院行白内障超声乳化手术的72例老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组患者采用常规手术室护理配合,观察组患者采用手术室优质护理配合。比较两组患者术前及术后3个月视力水平、眼压水平变化情况和并发症总发生率。结果观察组患者术后3个月的视力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者眼压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室优质护理配合应用至老年白内障超声乳化手术中不仅能够保障手术顺利开展,亦提升手术疗效,降低并发症风险,故值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality operating room nursing cooperation in elderly patients undergoing cataract phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 72 elderly patients who underwent cataract phacoemulsification in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from January 2021 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine operating room nursing cooperation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with high-quality operating room nursing cooperation.The changes of visual acuity,intraocular pressure and the incidence of complications before and 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 3 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraocular pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality operating room nursing cooperation in senile cataract phacoemulsification can not only ensure the smooth development of the operation,but also improve the curative effect and reduce the risk of complications,so it is worthy of reference.
