摘要 目的:对小顶冰花叶片、花药、花粉粒等进行形态学观察,以期为该药用植物显微鉴定与资源开发利用提供参考基础研究信息。方法:采用场发射扫描电镜对小顶冰花叶片、花瓣、花药、花粉粒、花丝的显微形态特征进行观察。结果:小顶冰花叶片上表皮覆盖有蜡样角质层,下表皮细胞长矩形,气孔为平列型,无副卫细胞;花瓣表面密布平行于长轴的条纹;花粉粒呈长椭圆体或三棱柱形,极面观椭圆形或三角形,赤道面观卵圆形或舟形,单沟,网脊明显。结论:从微观角度对小顶冰花叶片、气孔、花瓣、花粉粒显微特征进行了观察和描述,为该药用植物资源开发利用提供了参考。 Objective:To observe the micromorphological characteristics of leaves, anthers, pollen grains, filaments from Gagea terraccianoana Pascher, in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of the medicinal plant resources. Method:The microscopic characteristics of Gagea terraccianoana Pascher were observed by field emission scanning electron microscope. Results:The upper epidermis of leaves were covered with waxy cuticle, while the lower epidermis have long rectangular cell. The stoma type was planar with no accessory cells. Petals are densely covered with stripes parallel to the long axis. The pollen grains possess long oval or triangular prism shape, with elliptical or triangular in polar view and oval or boat-shaped in equatorial view. The pollen grain is single ditch type with obvious net ridge. Conclusion:The microscopic characteristics of leaves, stomata, petals and pollen grains were observed and described, which provided a reference for the development and utilization of this medicinal plant resources.
