恶性肿瘤规范化治疗及实行许可制管理的探讨

近年来恶性肿瘤的治疗取得了很大的进展,但治疗中或多或少地存在规范性问题,影响患者生存质量的提高和生存期的延长。本文探讨制定恶性肿瘤诊疗规范,实行肿瘤治疗全程管理、肿瘤治疗分级授权、肿瘤专科及医生的许可制度、肿瘤诊疗质量管理评估体系等措施,从制度和管理机制上建立肿瘤规范化治疗及许可制的管理模式,进一步推进肿瘤诊疗的规范化和科学化。

In recent years, great progress has been made in the treatment of malignant tumors, but more or less, there are standardized treatment problems, which affect patients’ life quality and their survival period. This paper discusses the formulation of the diagnosis and treatment standards of malignant tumors, the implementation of the whole process management of tumor treatment, the hierarchical authorization of tumor treatment, the licensing system for oncology specialists and doctors, and the quality management evaluation system for tumor diagnosis and treatment. It established a management model of standardized tumor treatment and licensing system from the system and management mechanism, and further promoted the standardization and scientificization of tumor diagnosis and treatment.
