基于循环管理模式的病种成本精细化管理探讨

随着DRG支付改革的逐步深入,医院病种成本管理水平直接关系到医院的运营效率和发展空间。在此背景下,医院提出了病种成本与临床路径循环管理的新模式。以建立医疗项目成本库为核心,围绕核心建立成本管理和临床路径两个管理循环,通过定期病种成本效益分析使其与临床业务相互映射,优化治疗方案激活循环动力,最终实现医疗收费严格管控、费用结构逐步优化、预算成本一体建设、诊疗方案科学合理、信息水平稳步提升的总体目标。

With the deepening of DRG payment reform, the disease cost management in hospital is directly related to the operation efficiency and development of hospital. In this context, the hospital proposed a new model of disease cost and clinical pathway cycle management. Two management cycles of cost management and clinical pathway were established centered by medical project cost database. Through regular disease cost-benefit analysis, the management cycles were mapped with clinical business.The treatment plan was optimized to activate the cycle power, and finally achieve the overall goals, including strict management and control of medical charges, gradually optimizing the cost structure, building an integrated budget and cost, scientific and reasonable diagnosis and treatment plan, and steadily improving the level of information.
