呼吸内科医疗服务绩效评价:DRG与传统绩效考评方法比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)在呼吸内科医疗服务评价中效果。方法 本研究资料来源于2021年1月—12月我院呼吸内科住院病案首页信息,分为呼吸内科的医疗组5个。分别进行传统绩效指标考核评价和DRG指标评价。结果 呼吸内科1组在传统指标评价中综合排名第1;呼吸内科5组在DRG绩效指标评价中综合排名第1。DRG绩效考评结果与传统绩效考核结果相比具有较大差异。结论 用DRG指标进行呼吸内科医疗服务绩效考评更全面科学,有利于提高呼吸内科的绩效考核水平。 Objective To investigate the effect of disease diagnosis related grouping(DRG) in the evaluation of medical services in respiratory medicine. Methods The data of this study were obtained from the information on the homepage of the inpatient medical records of the respiratory medicine department in our hospital from January to December 2021, and were divided into five medical groups. The traditional performance index evaluation and DRG index evaluation were carried out respectively. Results The respiratory medicine Group One ranked first in the traditional index evaluation;the respiratory medicine Group Five ranked first in the DRG performance index evaluation. Compared with the traditional performance appraisal results, the DRG performance appraisal results were quite different. Conclusion Using DRG index to evaluate the performance of respiratory medicine medical service is more comprehensive and scientific, which is beneficial to improve the performance evaluation level of respiratory medicine department.
