急诊预检分诊护士岗位胜任力自评量表的信效度检验 被引量:2

摘要 目的 对构建的急诊预检分诊护士岗位胜任力评价量表进行信效度检验。方法 采用量表对浙江省639名急诊分诊护士进行调查并对其进行信效度检验。结果 通过因子分析提取出3个公因子:知识技能、综合能力、个人特质,共21个条目。量表内容效度为0.952;总Cronbach’s α系数为0.988,各维度Cronbach’s α系数范围为0.864~0.973;重测信度总相关系数为0.903,各维度相关系数为0.714~0.923。结论 本研究构建的量表结构合理稳定,具有良好的信效度,可用于急诊分诊护士岗位胜任力评价。 Objective To test the reliability and validity of the constructed emergency pre-examination and triage nurse job competency evaluation scale. Methods A survey of 639 emergency triage nurses in Zhejiang Province was carried out with the scale and its reliability and validity were tested. Results Three common factors were extracted through factor analysis: knowledge and skills, comprehensive ability, and personal characteristics, with a total of 21 items. The content validity of the scale was 0.952;the overall Cronbach’s α was 0.988, and the Cronbach’s α of each dimension ranged from 0.864 to 0.973;total correlation coefficient of the retest reliability was 0.903, and the correlation coefficient of each dimension was 0.714~0.923. Conclusion The structure of the scale constructed in this study is reasonable and stable, with good reliability and validity, and can be used for the evaluation of job competence of emergency pre-examination and triage nurses.
