医院适老化建设实践与相关问题探讨

Discussion on Aging-appropriate Construction in Hospitals and Related Problems

随着我国人口老龄化发展,门诊老年患者比例逐步增加,针对老年患者身体、心理、社会能力等特殊性,根据其就诊服务需求,医院从门诊环境、服务流程及服务范围等方面进行探索性改善,使之更适应老年人就诊的需要,以提高老年患者就诊满意度。本文总结我院门诊适老化建设经验,为医疗机构提供门诊适老化建设与研究发展提供参考。

With the development of the aging population in China, the proportion of outpatient elderly patients has gradually increased. In view of the particularities of elderly patients’ physical, psychological, and social abilities, and according to their demand for medical services, the hospital made exploratory improvements in terms of outpatient environment, service process and service scope to make it more suitable for the needs of the elderly to seek medical treatment, so as to improve the satisfaction of elderly patients. This paper summarizes our hospital’s experience in outpatient aging-appropriate construction, and provides reference for medical institutions to provide outpatient aging-appropriate construction and research and development.
