摘要 医学是与人类密切相关的科学,重视医学人文早已成为世界医学发展和医学教育的主旋律。我国想要发展高质量的医学教育也必将面临对医学相关人员人文素养的培养。本文在梳理国内外医学人文素养评价体系研究现状的基础上,对可能存在的问题作出分析,探索从传统与现代融合、定性与定量结合、个体与组织并重、阶段与长期统筹等方面提出用于完善医学人文素养评价体系的策略,旨在推动构建良好的医患关系,为医学院校课程建设和医学教育发展提供依据。 Medicine is a science closely related to human beings.Emphasizing the humanities of medicine has long become the main theme of medical development and medical education in the world.If our country wants to develop high-quality medical education,it will also face the cultivation of the humanities of medical personnel.On the basis of combing the development history of medical humanities at home and abroad,this article analyzes the more commonly used medical humanistic literacy evaluation systems and possible problems,conducts further exploration,and tries to put forward some strategies for improving the medical humanistic literacy evaluation system.In promoting the creation of a good doctor-patient relationship,it provides a basis for the curriculum construction of medical schools and the development of medical education.
