医教协同高校心理健康教育实践探索 被引量:3

摘要 高校心理健康教育应促进学生成长发展,向学生提供满足其需求的心理健康服务。但是,现有的高校心理健康教育教师难以满足不同学生群体的需求,尤其是心理精神疾病学生群体。相关政策文件不断呼吁引入精神医学专业力量,高校推进医教协同心理健康教育十分必要。“医教协同”心理健康教育综合医院和学校力量,遵循预防与干预相结合,旨在促进学生身心健康、全面和谐发展。“医教协同”心理健康教育实践路径主要包括完善体制机制、搭建专业队伍、推进知识教育、心理咨询转介。 Mental health education in colleges and universities should promote the growth and development of students and provide psychological health services to meet their needs.However,the existing mental health education teachers in colleges and universities are difficult to meet the needs of different student groups,especially the students with mental illness.Relevant policy documents constantly call for the introduction of psychiatric professional forces,and it is necessary for colleges and universities to promote medical and educational cooperation in mental health education.“Medical-Education Collaboration”mental health education which follows the principle of combining prevention,education and intervention,aims to promote students’physical and mental health,comprehensive and harmonious development.The practice path of“medical and educational collaboration”in mental health education mainly includes perfecting system and mechanism,building professional team,promoting knowledge education,psychological consultation and referral,and crisis intervention.
