Analysis of Educational Management Strategies in the Changing Trendof College Students’Psychological Problems

为把握大学生心理问题变化规律,为教育管理活动提供依据,本研究纵向对比分析近五年新生心理筛查数据。依据调查数据,根据社会变化和学生心理发展规律,提出高校在心理健康教育中应以构建“第一课堂-第二课堂-网络平台”三位一体的整体教育管理平台为框架,以引入和开发心理健康领域的手机应用为抓手,以增强实践教育和体验式教学为切入点,以心理资助体系为平台;建构完善的心理育人体系,提供突破时空限制的心理辅导和服务系统,强化“面对面”交流,降低孤独感,降低社会转型期对学生的消极影响,全面提升大学生心理健康素养,为心理健康教育和管理提供数据基础和参考策略。

In order to grasp the changing law of college students’psychological problems and provide a basis for educational activities,this study longitudinally compared and analyzed the psychological screening data of freshmen in the past five years,and found that the psychological problems of college students are increasing,but the need for clear psychological counseling has decreased.According to the survey data and the laws of social changes and students’psychological development,it is proposed that colleges and universities should build a trinity of“first classroom-second classroom-network platform”as a framework in mental health education to introduce and develop the field of mental health The mobile phone application is the starting point,with the enhancement of practical education and experiential teaching as the starting point,and the psychological support system as the platform;construct a complete psychological education system,provide psychological counseling and service systems that break through the limitations of time and space,and strengthen“face-to-face”communication,Reduce loneliness,reduce the negative impact of social transformation on students,comprehensively improve college students’mental health literacy,and provide data foundation and reference strategies for mental health education and management.
