城市公共汽电车客运行业人力资源管理政策浅析

摘要 近年来,随着国家人力资源整体战略的调整,以及公交优先战略的深化实施,多个省市出台了城市公共汽电车客运行业人力资源相关政策。本文梳理了部分省市出台的公交优先发展政策中涉及人力资源管理的内容,分析了现行人力资源政策的关注焦点。进而对多地公交行业的人力资源管理状况进行了调研,归纳了存在的主要问题并分析其具体原因。在此基础上,进一步提出了行业人力资源管理方面的若干建议。 In recent years,with the adjustment of the overall national human resources strategy and the deepening implementation of the public transport priority strategy,many provinces and cities have issued policies related to human resources in the urban bus and tram passenger transportation industry.This paper sorts out the contents of human resource management in the public transport priority development policies issued by some provinces and cities,and analyzes the focus of current human resource policies.Then,the human resource management status of the bus industry in many places was investigated,and the main problems existed and the specific reasons were analyzed.On this basis,some suggestions on human resource management in the industry are further put forward.
