我国土壤环境信息化发展现状及展望

Progress and Prospect of Soil Environment Informatisation in China

分析了我国土壤环境信息化建设及其标准框架建设发展现状,指出了建设主体单一、建设内容繁杂等现存问题。结合行业信息化发展内外部环境及管理部门和从业单位的现实需求,分析了行业信息化在管理体系、共享机制、法律效率等方面的挑战,提出了推动土壤环境业务全流程数据管理、形成土壤环境大数据体系、建设土壤环境智慧预警监测系统等建议,加速生态环境信息化建设全面开展。

Having analysed status quo of the construction of soil environment informatisation and its standard framework in China,the main constructor body was found to be unitary and contents of the construction were miscellaneous.Combined with internal and external circumstances of the development of industry informatisation as well as actual demands of administrative departments and practitioners,challenges of industry informatisation were analysed in respect to management system,sharing mechanism,legislative efficiency,and etc.Suggestions have been proposed about promoting whole process data management for vocational works on soil environment,forming a big data system for soil environment,constructing an intelligent early warning and monitoring system,and etc.so as to speed up the overall construction of ecological environment informatisation.
