摘要
航天电子设备的结构形式一般有箱体内插板式、水平方向模块化组合式、垂直方向模块化组合式、支架式、盒体式以及支架式与盒体式的结合式。航天电子设备不断向轻量化、小型化发展,为了进一步降低产品质量、减小产品体积同时提高空间利用率,因此对结构形式不断地提出新的要求。在保证结构刚度、散热性能的前提下,通过整合叠层式结构、框架式结构的优势,设计出高密布局开窗式新型结构形式,特别适用于元器件多、空间小、无法实现模块组合式的情况。
The structural forms of aerospace electronic equipment generally include internal inserted structure,modular assembly in horizontal direction,modular assembly in vertical direction,bracket type,box type and the combination of bracket type and box type.Aerospace electronic equipment is developing towards lightweight and miniaturization.In order to further reduce product weight and volume and improve space utilization,new requirements are constantly put forward for structural form.On the premise of ensuring the structural stiffness and heat dissipation performance,by integrating the advantages of laminated structure and frame structure,a new form of windowed structure with high-compact layout was designed,which was especially suitable for the situation that the large number of components and small space make it impossible to achieve modularization.
