鹿茸菇多糖对小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究鹿茸菇多糖对小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响,将小鼠随机分为5个实验组(共50只,每组10只),分别为鹿茸菇多糖低剂量组[100 mg/(kg·d)]、中剂量组[200 mg/(kg·d)]、高剂量组[400 mg/(kg·d)]、阳性对照组[红景天200 mg/(kg·d)]和空白对照组(蒸馏水),连续灌胃30 d,鹿茸菇多糖低、中、高剂量组分别与空白对照组和阳性对照组比较,评价小鼠抗疲劳能力相关指标。结果表明:鹿茸菇多糖低、中、高剂量组小鼠负重游泳力竭时间比空白对照组显著增加(P<0.05),力竭运动后鹿茸菇多糖各剂量组血清葡萄糖、肌糖原和肝糖原含量显著增加(P<0.05),血清中乳酸脱氢酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05)、乳酸和尿素氮含量均显著降低(P<0.05),肝组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性均显著升高(P<0.05)、丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)、钠钾三磷酸腺嘌呤核苷酸酶和钙镁三磷酸腺嘌呤核苷酸酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);鹿茸菇多糖各剂量组与阳性对照组比较,各项指标没有显著差异。研究表明鹿茸菇多糖具有改善运动性疲劳的作用。 This study aimed to investigate the anti-fatigue effects of Lyophyllum decastes polysaccharides in mice.A total of 50 mice were randomly divided into five groups:L.decastes polysaccharides low-dose group[100 mg/(kg·d)],medium-dose group[200 mg/(kg·d)],and high-dose group[400 mg/(kg·d)],positive control group[rhodiola 200 mg/(kg·d)]and blank group(distilled water),ten in each group.After 30 consecutive days of intragastric administration,L.decastes polysaccharides low-,medium-and high-dose groups were compared with the blank group and the positive control group to evaluate the anti-fatigue ability of the mice.The results revealed that compared with the blank group,the L.decastes polysaccharides low-,medium-and high-dose groups had increased exhaustive weight-loading swimming time(P<0.05),content of blood glucose,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen(P<0.05),and activities of lactate dehydrogenase in serum(P<0.05),catalase,glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase,in liver tissue(P<0.05)and Na+K+-ATPase and Ca^(2+)Mg^(2+)-ATPase(P<0.05),and decreased content of lactic acid and urea nitrogen(P<0.05)and malondialdehyde(P<0.05).No significant difference was observed in the above indexes between the positive control group and L.decastes polysaccharides groups.This study found that L.decastes polysaccharides could effectively ameliorate exercise fatigue.
