摘要
透气开关内部PVC膜是在两次注射过程间放入的,2副模具的定模不同而动模相同,先用第1副模具进行第1次注射成型,再手动放入PVC膜,再用第2副模具进行第2次注射成型,2副模具共用1套模架,注射成型时定模保持不动,动模旋转180°,以实现2副模具的轮流替换。模具经批量生产证明,成型的塑件符合要求,模具的旋转动作稳定可靠,可实现自动化生产。
The PVC film inside the breathable switch was placed through twice injection processes,the two sets of mould had different fixed half of mould but the same moving half of mould.The first mould was used for the first injection moulding,and then the PVC film was manually put on the surface of the first injection moulding plastic,and then the second mould was used for the sec⁃ond injection moulding.The two sets of mould shared a set of mould frame,the fixed half of mould remained stationary during injection moulding,and the moving half of mould rotated 180°,so as to realize 2 sets of mould replacement in turn.The mould had been proved by batch production that the moulding plastic parts met the requirements,and the rotary action of the mould was stable and reliable,which could realize automatic production.
