摘要
对某车门外板表面局部分散的凹陷缺陷产生原因进行分析,其原因为模具零件材质铸造时产生缩松,针对缩松采取了冷焊工艺进行补救,消除了成形制件上的缺陷,并总结冷焊工艺部分应用场景。
The causes of the scattered concave defects on the surface of a car door outer plate at the local area were analyzed,the defects were caused by the casting shrinkage of the mould parts.The cold welding process was adopted to remedy the shrinkage and eliminate the defects in the forming parts,and the application scenarios of the cold welding process were summarized.
