摘要
由于香农定义的“信息”只考虑因概率引发的不确定性,不考虑由于其它因素而造成的不确定性,所以它的适用范围受到限制。文章为了研究通信系统对抗不确定性的问题,首先利用人类行为中具备稳定性特征的特殊解(夏普里值)分析实际移动通信系统的统计数据,定义和度量了“理性信息”概念,它是与人类行为相关的、与各博弈方的理性相关的,它是通信系统为了实现控制所用信息中的分量;然后“理性信息”的应用领域被拓展到非合作博弈,并推广到广义通信系统架构中;同时不仅解析了移动通信系统中无线资源管理和额定容量的原理,还解析了IOTA币的DAG技术原理——这两个事件论证是博弈论应用于通信工程的可行性和价值的展现。最后,人类动力学是一门比博弈论更一般化的学科,将它们与信息科学交叉融合并应用于通信工程,这个研究方向具有明确的前景。
Since Shannon’s definition of "information" only considers the uncertainty caused by probability, but not the uncertainty caused by other factors, its scope of application is limited. In order to study the problem of communication systems against uncertainty, this paper first uses the special value(Shapley value) with stability characteristics in human behavior to analyze the statistical data of actual mobile communication systems, to define and measure "rational information", which is not only related to human Behavior is related to the rationality of each game participant, and it is the component that exists in the information used by the communication system to achieve control. Then, the application domain of "rational information" is extended to non-cooperative games and to generalized communication system architectures. At the same time, the principles of wireless resource management and rated capacity in mobile communication systems are explained by applying cooperative game theory, and the DAG technical principles of IOTA coins are analyzed by applying non-cooperative game theory. These two event demonstrations demonstrate the feasibility and value of applying game theory to communications engineering. Finally, human dynamics is a broader discipline than game theory that promises clear promise when it is cross-merged with information science and applied to communications engineering.
