基于用户实名资料留存率提升的方法设计与实现

Design and implementation of methods for improving the retention rate of users’ real name data

实名制是指在运营商办理入网/资料变更类相关业务时,必须出示有效身份证明材料,并进行联网查验、人像比对等实名制查验措施。实名制有利于主管部门监督、打击犯罪,降低欺诈等问题发生,建立和谐社会管理生态环境。手机实名制作为实名制管理的重要组成部分,与业务范围有着紧密联系。针对运营商日常工作中存在的实名照片漏传、延迟或缺失问题,文章提出了一种实名资料留存率提升的方法。实践表明,该方法具有很好的实用性。

The real-name verification system refers to the real-name verification measures that operators must present valid identification materials and conduct online verification and portrait comparison when handling network access/data change related services. The real-name system is helpful for the competent authorities to supervise, crack down on crimes, reduce fraud and other problems, and establish a harmonious social management ecological environment. As an important part of real-name system management, real-name system of mobile phone is closely related to business scope. This paper proposes a method to improve the retention rate of real-name data in view of the problems of missing, delayed or missing real-name photos in daily work of operators. The practice shows that this method has good practicability.
