This paper has analyzed the requirements of monitoring for infectious diseases in Wuhan,based on Geographic Information Science and Computer science this paper designed and implemented the monitoring geographic information system for infectious diseases in Wuhan city,elaborated the construction from the following aspects,technology roadmap,the designs of the framework,database and function,this system can improve the professional level of infectious disease prevention and help decision-makers make work plans.
