摘要 电源是电信设备的重要组成部分,满足双电源方式供电和热插拔特性是对机架式电信设备电源的基本要求。针对采用定制电源板带来的设计、成本和交付等问题,提出了一种低成本双电源设计方案并成功实现。首先,介绍了总体设计方案、各组成单元和实现原理;其次,详细说明了电源模块、防护单元、温度监测和风扇控制单元、ORing单元等组成部分的设计要点;最后,对该设计方案进行了验证测试,测试结果表明,该方案满足实际使用的要求和电磁兼容方面的要求。 Power supply is an important part of telecom equipment, and meeting the dual-supply and hot-swap features is the basic requirements for the power supply of rack-mounted telecomequipment. Aiming at the design, cost, delivery and other issues that come with using custom power supply boards, a low-cost dual power supply design scheme is proposed and successfully realized. Firstly, the overall design scheme, each component unit and the implementation principle are introduced.Secondly,the design essentials of the power supply module, the protection unit, the temperature monitoring and fan control unit, the ORing unit and other components is described in detail.Finally, the design scheme is verified and tested, and the test results show that the scheme meets the requirements of actual use and electromagnetic compatibility.
