Devops理念下A省电信IT研发运维体系的变革思考

Thinking on the Reform of Telecom IT R&D Operation and Maintenance System in A Province under the Concept of Devops

文章举例分析某通信运营商IT研发及运维支撑中心现有瀑布型流水研发模式存在流程环节割裂、跨专业协调困难,研发效率低下,已不适应当下企业数字化转型要求,造成业务支撑效果不佳。提出基于Devops理念的转型思路来进行研发运维体系变革,改善解决业务支撑效果。

This paper takes an example to analyze the existing waterfall-type streamlined R&D model,which has fragmented processes,difficult cross-professional coordination,and low R&D efficiency,of a telecom operator’s IT R&D and operationsupport center,and is not suitable for the requirements of enterprise digital transformation,resulting in poor business support effect.Put forward a transformation idea based on the concept of Devops to reform the R&D operation and maintenance system and improve the business support effect.
