国际化技术技能人才是服务“一带一路”倡议,服务中国企业“走出去”以及维持中国企业海外运营的重要人力资源。行业英语课程是国际化技术技能人才外语能力培养的核心载体,外语能力培养质量取决于行业英语课程的质量,行业英语课程的质量在很大程度上取决于教材质量。在国内行业英语教材整体质量堪忧的现状下,沿着科学路径开发优质行业英语教材是提升行业英语课程质量的重要抓手。“三阶段九环节”行业英语教材开发方案具备扎实的理论基础和实践支撑,可以作为开发兼具职业特性和校本特色的优质行业英语教材的路径选项。

International technical and skilled talents are the important human resources for serving the Belt and Road Initiative and serving Chinese enterprises to“going global”.Industrial English courses are the core carrier of foreign language ability training for international technical and skilled talents.The quality of foreign language ability training depends on the quality of Industrial English courses,which relies largely on the quality of teaching materials.Due to the poor situation of domestic textbooks of Industrial English,it becomes very important to do research on the path to developing high-quality textbooks.“Three Stages and Nine Steps”is a new development path of Industrial English textbook,which is formed on the basis of the theoretical and practical foundation.The path can be a good option for developing high-quality Industrial English textbooks with vocational characteristics.
