基于“多规合一”背景下滨水型村庄规划研究——以益阳市河坝镇老河口村为例

Research on Waterfront Village Planning Based on the Background of“Multi-plan Integration”:A Case of Laohekou Village,Heba Town,Yiyang City

在乡村振兴战略和国土空间规划背景下,“多规合一”已经成为村庄规划编制的发展趋势。本文通过分析“多规合一”对村庄规划提出的要求及滨水型村庄的规划特征,并以益阳市老河口村为例,从村庄现状、建设情况等条件出发,结合村庄规划存在的问题,从国土空间布局及用途管制、住房布局规划、产业发展规划等方面探讨了如何在村庄规划编制过程中实现多规合一,有效统筹全域空间资源配置,切实提升空间资源供给的科学性,为滨水型村庄规划的编制提供参考借鉴。

In the context of rural revitalization strategy and national land space planning,“multi-plan integration”has become a development trend in the process of village planning.This paper analyzes the requirements of“multi-plan integration”for village planning and the planning characteristics of waterfront villages,and takes Laohekou Village in Yiyang as an example.From the aspects of land space layout and use control,housing layout planning,industrial development planning,etc.,the paper discusses how to realize multiplan integration in the process of village planning so as to effectively coordinate the allocation of space resources in the whole region,effectively improve the scientificity of space resource supply,and provide a reference for the preparation of waterfront village planning.
