基于“三生”融合发展的乡村振兴规划研究——以酒泉市肃州区东洞镇为例

Research on Rural Revitalization Planning Based on the Integrated Development of“Production,Life,and Ecology”:A Case of Dongdong Town in Suzhou District,Jiuquan

乡村振兴是新时期开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的重要一环。如何在脱贫攻坚的基础上破解制约因素、补齐发展短板、统筹协调发展,是实现农村农业现代化“十四五”规划的重点任务。本文以酒泉市肃州区东洞镇为例,在对区域内人口、产业、基础建设等调研分析的基础上,对镇域内生产、生活、生态建设进行发展规划研究,形成“三生”融合的乡村振兴规划,对镇域内的乡村振兴规划提出了方向。

Rural revitalization is an important part of the country’s new journey to comprehensively building a socialist modern country in the new era.How to overcome the constraints on the basis of poverty alleviation,to make up for the development shortcomings,and to coordinate coordinated development is the key task of the 14th Five-Year Plan for rural and agricultural modernization.This paper takes Dongdong Town in Suzhou District,Jiuquan as an example,on the basis of the investigation and analysis on the population,industry,and infrastructure in the region,studies the development planning on the production,life and ecological construction in the town,and forms a rural revitalization plan for the integration of“production,life,and ecology”,which provides the direction for the rural revitalization planning in the region.
