工业遗产保护利用策略初探——以黄石华新水泥厂旧址为例

Exploration on the Strategy for the Conservation and Utilization of Industrial Heritage:A Case of Huaxin Cement Factory in Huangshi

华新水泥厂旧址兼具全国重点文物保护单位与国家工业遗产双重身份,具有极高的保护价值。但是,旧址片区位于黄石市中心城区优势区位,占地面积较大,单纯考虑遗产保护会对周边城市发展形成阻碍,在严格保护的基础上进行更新利用迫在眉睫。本文分析了华新水泥厂旧址保护与利用中存在的现实矛盾,并在尊重遗产历史价值、传承城市记忆的基础上,探索具体的利用策略以兼顾城市的活力发展,希望对其他工业遗产的保护利用起积极的启示作用。

The former site of Huaxin Cement Factory has the dual role of key national cultural relics preservation unit and national industrial heritage,which has high protection value.However,the site is located in the predomination location in the downtown area of Huangshi and covers a relatively large area,which means that the simple consideration of relic protection will hinder the development of the surrounding cities.Thus,it’s important to renew and utilize on the basis of strict protection.This paper analyzes the practical contradictions existing in the protection and utilization of the former site of Huaxin Cement Factory,explores specific utilization strategies on the basis of respecting historical value of the heritage and inheriting memory of the city while promoting the vitality of the city,hoping to be an enlightenment for the protection and utilization of other industrial heritages.
