文化涵化阶段下苏州近代教堂建筑特征探究——以苏州宫巷堂为例

Exploration on the Architectural Features of Suzhou Modern Church in the Stage of Cultural Acculturation:A Case of Suzhou Gong Xiang Protestant Church

苏州古城中现存多座近代基督教教堂,通过实地测绘和参阅文献资料,能初步了解这些教堂的建筑特征及历史背景。本次探究以苏州宫巷堂作为研究对象,针对教堂的平面、立面及剖面进行重新测绘和观察分析,探究该教堂在近代历史演变过程中展现出的文化内涵与本土化设计的建筑特征。以此为研究其他苏州近代教堂的演变历史与建筑特征提供相关研究案例和分析方法。

There are many modern Christian churches in the ancient city of Suzhou.Through field mapping and reference to literature,we can preliminarily understand the architectural characteristics and historical background of these churches.This paper takes the existing Suzhou Gong Xiang protestant church as the research object,re-surveys,observes,and analyzes the plane,elevation and section of the church,and explores the architectural characteristics of cultural acculturation and design localization in the process of modern historical evolution of the church.Thus,it provides relevant research cases and analysis methods for studying the evolution history and architectural characteristics of other modern churches in Suzhou.
