历史文化保护视角下的城市更新策略

Urban Renewal Strategy from the Perspective of Historical and Cultural Protection

近年来,我国城市化水平不断提高,一方面,城市人口不断增加、建成区面积越来越大;另一方面,城市改造更新也在大力开展。但是相对应地,如何平衡城市更新和历史文化保护之间的关系就成为一个重要课题。当前,世界各国对历史文化保护都给予较高的重视,然而以我国城市更新的现状来看,仍然呈现一些矛盾和问题有待解决。本文首先对城市更新理论进行了简要分析,其次结合实际情况探讨了我国城市更新过程中存在的误区,最后基于历史文化保护理念,提出了一些适合我国客观情况的城市更新对策,以供参考。

In recent years,the level of urbanization in China has been constantly improved.On one hand,the urban population is increasing and the area of built-up areas is growing.On the other hand,urban reconstruction and renewal are also vigorously carried out.However,how to balance the relationship between urban renewal and historical and cultural protection has become an important topic.At present,the world has paid more attention to the protection of history and culture.However,in the light of the current situation of urban renewal in China,there are still some contradictions and problems to be solved.This paper first analyzes the theory of urban renewal,and then discusses the misunderstanding in the process of urban renewal in China based on the actual situation of our country.Finally,based on the concept of historical and cultural protection,some countermeasures for urban renewal are put forward for reference.
