摘要
本文分别从室内外设计参数、负荷计算、空调冷热源、空调系统选择、气流组织等方面对某纸品后加工整理车间恒温恒湿空调系统进行概述,分析一次回风夏季送风过程及新风预处理的二次回风夏季处理过程的详细计算过程,旨在为类似的恒温恒湿空调系统设计提供参考。由于恒温恒湿空调系统的复杂性和特殊性,在设计过程中,设计人员对于设计参数的取值、新风量的计算方法、空气处理过程的计算,以及气流组织的布局,都要做到综合考量,选择最合理的空调系统方案,确保系统能正常运行。
In this paper,the constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system of a paper finishing workshop was designed in detail from the aspects of indoor and outdoor design parameters,load calculation,cold and heat sources of air conditioning,selection of air conditioning system,air distribution,etc.,and the air supply process of primary air return in summer and the processing process of secondary air return in summer for fresh air pretreatment were analyzed to provide a reference for the design of similar constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system.Due to the complexity and particularity of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system,in the design process,the designers should comprehensively consider the value of design parameters,the calculation method of fresh air volume,the calculation of air treatment process,and the layout of air distribution,so as to select the most reasonable air conditioning system scheme and to ensure the normal operation of the system.
