高层底板变形渗漏处理过程分析

对实际参与建设的高层综合楼项目底板变形渗漏的现状及原因进行分析,从设计文件、现场实际状况等方面进行了技术性论述,提出了由局部到大面分三步的技术处理方法,地勘、设计、施工、监理、业主五方主体主要负责人及多位专家对提出的技术处理方案进行研究论证,都同意后由施工方进行实施,监理方全程跟踪监督把关,处理完成后跟踪观察,达到了预期效果,解决了高层建筑底板变形渗漏的重大问题。

This paper analyzed the current situation and causes of floor deformation and leakage of the high-rise complex buildingproject actually involved in the construction,discussed the technology from the design documents,the actual situation ofsite and other aspects,put forward the three-step technical treatment method from local to large area,the principal person incharge of the five main parties of geological exploration,design,construction,supervision and the owner and many experts researchedand demonstrated the proposed technical treatment scheme,it was implemented by the construction party after the agreementwas reached,and the supervisor tracked and supervised the whole process,after the treatment was completed,the expectedeffect was achieved,and solved the major problem of deformation and leakage of floor of high-rise buildings.
