宫颈癌患者不同血型与血液中肿瘤标志物的相关性分析

Correlation between different blood types and tumor markers in patients with cervical cancer

目的:探讨宫颈癌患者的血型与相关肿瘤标志物的相关性。方法:回願性分析2019年9月~2021年3月我院检验科做血型试验并确诊的70例宫颈癌患者和21例良性子宫肌瘤患者的血型和血浆中肿瘤标志物的含量。血型ABO检测采用抗原抗体免疫反应进行诊断,肿瘤标志物的含量测定通过化学发光法进行测定。统计学分析不同血型与宫颈癌肿瘤标志物血浆中含量的关系。结果:与其他三种血型相比,宫颈癌的患者中A型占得比例最多(42.86%),AB型占得比例最少(4.17%)。与良性子宫肌瘤患者相比,宫颈癌A型血患者所占的比例更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A型血宫颈癌患者含有的癌胚抗原(CEA),糖基抗原125(CA125),鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC)的含量高于其他三种血型的患者(P<0.05)。甲胎蛋白(AFP)和人附睾蛋白4(HE4)的含量在4种血型中均无显著差异(P>0.05)。CEA,CA125,SCC三者之间相互成正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌的发生与血型以及血中的肿瘤标志物具有一定的相关性,对宫颈癌患者的个性化监测具有指导意义。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between blood types and tumor markers in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:The blood types and the content of tumor markers in plasma of 70 patients with cervical cancer and 21 patients with benign hysteromyoma who were diagnosed by blood group test in the laboratory department of our hospital from September 2019 to March 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.Blood group ABO was diagnosed with the method of antigen-antibody immune responses,and the content of tumor markers was determined by Chemiluminescence.The correlation between difierent blood types and the content of tumor markers in plasma was analyzed statistically.Results:Compared with the other three blood types,the proportion of type A was higher(45.98%)and type AB was lower(5.17%).Compared to patients with,benign uterine fibroids,the proportion of blood type A was higher in cervical cancer patients,and there was statistical difierence(P<0.05).The levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),glycogenic antigen 125(CAI25)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC)in cervical cancer patients with type A were respecdy higher than other three blood types(P<0.05).There were no statistical difierences in the contents of alpha fetoprotein(A.FP)and human epididymal protein 4(HE4)between the four blood groups(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between CEA,CAI25 and SCC leveL(P<0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence of cervical cancer is certain correlation with blood type and tumor markers in the blood,which may guide patients with cervical cancer to carry out personalized monitoring.
