摘要
人力资源是一种具有创造性的资源,深入研究林业人力资源,对促进林业经济发展具有重要意义。从人力资源管理、人力资源开发和人力资源对林业经济作用、人力资源教育培训、人力资源激励机制和人力资源会计等方面对林业人力资源研究进行分析,指出林业人力资源研究存在的问题,展望未来林业人力资源研究的方法和思路。
Human resource is a kind of creative resource.It is of great significance to study forestry human resource deeply for promoting forestry economic development.This paper analyzes the research of forestry human resource from the aspects of human resource management,human resource development,the role of human resource in forestry economy,human resource education and training,human resource incentive mechanism and human resource accounting,points out the problems existing in the research of forestry human resource,and looks forward to the research methods and ideas of forestry human resource in the future.
