小直径随钻定向纠斜技术在马尔康党坝乡锂矿的应用

摘要 马尔康县党坝乡锂辉石矿为亚洲单体最大锂矿床,ZK0707钻孔为矿体边界控制性钻孔,地层为变质砂岩和花岗伟晶岩,十分坚硬,绳索取心钻进至600m发生钻孔轨迹偏斜,该孔段钻孔直径¢76mm,方位由设计230°偏离至337°,不能满足地质设计要求。采用螺杆马达/有缆随钻技术进行定向纠斜,为保证钻孔轨迹光滑,定向纠斜与修孔、绳索取心复合交替进行,定向纠斜至孔深764.18m处,共计进尺164.18m,方位角纠至232°,成功完成了该孔的定向纠斜任务,攻克了小直径绳索取心硬岩大尺度纠方位技术难题,全孔共揭穿三层共计34.57m矿层厚度,为矿区资源储量评价提供支撑。 The borehole ZK0707 in the Dangba lithium deposit,Barkam is a borehole that controls the boundary of an ore body.The borehole is drilled through very hard metamorphosed sandstone and granitic pegmatite.Borehole deviation occurs in the depth of 600 m of wire-line core drilling.The borehole here has a diameter of 76 mm.The drilling azimuth deviated from 230°to 337°.Screw motor/cable technology directional deviation correction while drilling is used in the depth of 600-764.18 m with alternation of directional deviation correction and wire-line coring.The azimuth is corrected to 232°.The directional deviation correction of the borehole is successfully completed.
