铁拓矿业公司(ASX代码:TIE)在西非科特迪瓦阿布贾金矿勘探中使用便携式液压钻机,采用金刚石绳索取心钻探工艺仅用三年时间就快速完成了一个超大型金矿勘探第一阶段的全部钻探工作,探明黄金可采储量约105吨。2021年1月始至11月30日公司所属钻探队开动钻机3~6台,累计完成金刚石绳索取心总进尺100485m。各钻机的台月效率均在2500 m以上。其中的NOCK600-2号机八月份纯钻时间21天累计进尺高达2620.5m。公司自创一套行之有效的钻探施工管理体系,将钻探综合成本控制在每米35美元左右。钻探效率和经济效益均居于金刚石岩心钻探业界的世界领先水平。

Tietto Minerals Pty Ltd.uses portable hydraulic drill rigs to explore for the Abujar Au deposit in Côte d'Ivoire,West Africa,adopting Diamond wire-line coring drilling technology.It took three years for all the drillers to complete the first stage of exploration for this superlarge Au deposit,proving recoverable reserves of about 105 t Au.During Jan.2021-30 Nov.it used 3-5 portable hydraulic drill rigs to complete diamond wire coring with a total footage of 100485 m.The monthly efficiency of each rig is more than 2500 m.Nock 600-2 drill in August the net drilling time of 21 days accumulated footage of 2,620.5 m.The overall cost of drilling is about$35 per meter.The drilling efficiency and economic benefits are among the world's leading levels in the diamond core drilling industry.
