摘要
水电工程灌浆钻孔施工过程中对单个或多个位置孔的钻孔、成孔以及灌浆的工作参数进行实时检测、监控是很重要的。本文结合各项钻进参数检测,探讨了配套立轴式钻机钻探装备的钻进参数检测与监控系统,介绍了各过程参数的检测原理和方法,并通过实际施工试验改进提升;该系统适应性好,功能基本满足数字化采集、显示以及输出并能进行一定程度的信号预处理以达到“可视化”钻进的基本条件。
Working parameters for drilling and grouting of single or multiple boreholes in the course of grouting drilling are of importance to real-time detection and monitoring of the grouting drilling.This paper has a discussion on drilling parameters and the principle and method of their detection and monitoring system for vertical shaft drilling rig.The monitoring system meets the requirements of digital acquisition,display and output and can also carry out a certain degree of signal pre-processing to achieve the basic conditions of“visual”drilling.
