智能变电站分布式继电保护自动测试方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 传统变电站继电保护测试仍靠人工,现场测试需要多人协同进行,测试效率较低,且数据采集和分布式同步信号触发问题有待解决,因此,提出一种利用IRIG-B/PPS脉冲对时和基于P2P通信采集技术的继电保护分布式测试方法,并设计了一种分布式智能变电站继电保护测试装置,该装置实现了继电保护试验控制与智能变电站信号输出的隔离,使得跨区间继电保护的协同试验更加直观方便。测试结果显示,智能变电站分布式继电保护自动测试方法不仅解决了同步时延问题,还提高现场测试效率,进一步保障电网稳定运行。 Traditional substation relay protection testing still relies on manual, field testing requires multi-person collaboration, test efficiency is low, and data acquisition delay and distributed synchronous signal triggering problems need to be solved. Relay protection test level is of great significance to the reliable and safe operation of substation, a distributed test method was proposed for relay protection using IIRIG-B/PPS pulse pair time and P2P communication acquisition technology, and a distributed intelligent substation relay protection test device was designed, which realized the isolation of relay protection test control and intelligent substation signal output, making the collaborative test of cross-interval relay protection more intuitive and convenient. The test results show that the automatic test method of distributed relay protection of intelligent substation not only solves the problem of synchronous delay, but also improves the efficiency of field testing and further ensures the stable operation of the power grid.
