电加热压力容器平盖接管的全截面焊透结构设计研究

摘要 为了实现《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》中的设计要求,即第Ⅲ类压力容器接管与壳体之间焊接接头应采用全截面焊透结构,对电加热压力容器平盖上电加热棒套管的安装及焊接问题进行分析,提出一种接管的全截面焊透结构设计,该结构采取了不锈钢管冷装工艺,在满足法规的前提下保证了清洁度的设计要求。 In order to comply with the stipulation in“Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationery Pressure Vessel”,in which the full sectional penetration welding joint between nozzle and shell in classⅢpressure vessels is required,the issue of assembly and welding of drive-pipe for electric heating rod to the flat cover in electric heating pressure vessel was analyzed.One structure of full sectional penetration welding joint for nozzle was presented in this article.Cold installation technology for stainless steel was used for this structure,by which the cleanness required in design was realized and the stipulation in the regulation was satisfied at the same times.
