摘要 应用计算流体力学方法,对浸没燃烧式气化器中的燃烧器在不同热负荷下的燃烧过程进行数值模拟,重点研究了燃烧器内的火焰护筒温度分布、气流流动路径、温度场分布及速度分布等。数值模拟结果表明:额定负荷条件下,火焰护筒表面平均温度较高,且通过火孔的燃烧烟气会回流至冷却通道,导致火焰护筒温度分布不均。依据计算结果对燃烧器烧损底板和火焰护筒材质进行优化升级,维修后运行情况良好。 In this paper,the numerical simulation for the combustion process in submerged combustion vaporizer was carried out under different heat loads by using CFD.Emphatically,the temperature distribution,gas flow route,and the distribution of gas flow velocity in the frame protector in burner were studied.It was shown from the results of the simulation that with rated load,average temperature at the surface of the frame protector is comparative high,the flue gas will inversely flow to cooling passage from flame hole,by which the temperature in frame protector is induced to distributes unevenly.Based on the results of the calculation,the materials of burning base plate and frame protector were optimized and upgraded.The operation of the equipment is excellent after the completion of the reform.
