氨解反应釜的设计技术探讨

摘要 由于钛-钢不可熔焊的特性,致使钛-钢复合板设备的结构特点比较特殊。以邻苯二胺生产线中核心设备,典型的钛-钢复合板结构反应釜为例,通过介绍该反应釜的工作原理以及设备结构,总结了钛-钢复合板设备中关键部件的设计以及加工制造控制要点等方面的内容,并对其主要结构件进行了详细的分析论证及优化设计,同时对制造的难点进行了探讨。 In view of infusion and non-welding characteristics of titanium-steel,the structural feature of titanium-steel composite plate is special.In this article,exampled with typical titanium-steel equipment,the reactor used in O-phenylenediamine production line as the key equipment,the crucial points in the design and manufacture of the titanium-steel equipment were summarized from the introduction of its working mechanism and structure.At the same times,detailed analysis and optimum design for the main components were carried out,and some difficult aspects were also discussed.
