以温州市第六人民医院扩建工程为例,分析了建设需求及难点,介绍了“平疫结合”理念的具体体现,从暖通系统、物流系统、交通管理等方面阐述了建筑设计的具体措施,旨在使医院既可在突发疫情中具备收治烈性传染病患者的能力,又可在平时高效运营。

Taking the expansion project of Wenzhou 6th People's Hospital as an example,the article analyses the needs and difficulties in the construction,introduces specific embodiment of the concept of"Combination of normal time with emergency",discusses how to make the hospital have both the function dealing with outbreaks of infectious diseases and efficient operation after the epidemic situation through the architectural design strategy,from the aspects of HVAC systems,logistics systems,traffic management.
