当前卷烟包装呈现多样化趋势,烟箱规格大小不一,在成品入库信息扫描时常需人工辅助。人工辅助不仅增加了成本,而且易出现信息扫描错漏或重复的问题,对生产效率影响较大。为实现高效自动化烟箱入库信息扫描,设计研制一种实现两种条码位置自动扫描的烟箱拨转扫描装置,包括导向机构、调节机构和扫描机构。该装置利用两种烟箱间的高度差,实现两种规格烟箱信息条码的自动扫描。整个过程不影响烟箱外观质量,不影响烟箱正常输送,且结构简单,安装方便,具有较高的使用价值。

At present,cigarette packaging presents a diversified trend,and the specifications and sizes of cigarette boxes are different.Manual assistance is often needed in the finished product warehousing information scanning.Manual assistance not only increases the cost,but also prone to information scanning errors,omissions or duplication,which has a great impact on the production efficiency.In order to realize efficient and automatic cigarette box warehousing information scanning,a cigarette box turning scanning device for automatic scanning of two bar code positions is designed and developed,including guiding mechanism,adjusting mechanism and scanning mechanism.The device uses the height difference between the two cigarette boxes to realize the automatic scanning of the information bar code of the two cigarette boxes.The whole process does not affect the appearance quality of the cigarette box and the normal transportation of the cigarette box.It has the advantages of simple structure,convenient installation and high use value.
