摘要
近年来,液晶面板已经成为国内外众多学者研究的重要领域。液晶面板制造的精度和尺寸大小,已经成为现代社会发展关注的重点。液晶面板的制造水平直接反映着国家的科学技术水平。随着人们对液晶产品数量和质量的要求不断提高,液晶面板制造过程中存在的许多问题急需解决。尤其是液晶面板的尺寸不断变大,但其搬运机械设备方面的研究仍处于起步阶段。针对这个问题,通过对液晶面板生产制造过程中的搬运机械臂进行结构设计,利用有限元分析软件对其进行了有限元分析,验证了搬运机械臂能够完成液晶面板的搬运需求。此外,通过设计搬运机械臂的控制系统,实现了液晶面板搬运机械臂的智能控制,提高了工作效率。
In recent years,liquid crystal panel has become an important field of research by many scholars at home and abroad.Its manufacturing accuracy and size have become the focus of modern social development.The manufacturing level of liquid crystal panel directly reflects the national level of science and technology.With the continuous pursuit of the quantity and quality of liquid crystal products in social life,there are still many problems to be solved in the manufacturing process of liquid crystal panel,especially the size of liquid crystal panel keeps getting larger,and the research of its handling machinery and equipment is still in its infancy.In this paper,through the structure design of the handling manipulator in the process of liquid crystal panel production and manufacturing,the finite element analysis software is used to analyze the finite element,which verifies that the handling manipulator can fully meet the handling requirements of liquid crystal panel.Finally,through the design of the control system of the handling manipulator,the intelligent control of the liquid crystal panel handling manipulator is realized and the work efficiency is improved.
