Study on Optimization of Micro Arc Oxidation Anti-corrosion Process for Aluminum Alloy Parts of Overhead Contact System of Electrified Railway

摘要 结合高铁接触网中铝合金部件的使用情况,解析微弧氧化工艺技术。针对该技术当前的使用情况及存在的问题,提出优化方案,并进行相关试验验证,大大提升了铝合金表面抗防腐性能。 Micro arc oxidation technology can form good corrosion resistance on the surface of aluminum alloy parts,but the application cost is high,and it has not been applied on a large scale at present.Combined with the use of aluminum alloy parts in high-speed railway catenary,this paper analyzes the common surface anti-corrosion process,focuses on the micro arc oxidation technology,and puts forward optimization suggestions according to the current use of the technology,so as to improve the product qualification rate,reduce the processing cost and expand the application scope of the new anti-corrosion process.
