摘要
随着智能化矿井建设的不断发展,人们对综采设备的要求越来越高。液压支架作为采煤工作面的主要承压设备,其稳定性直接决定着采煤工作的稳定性与安全性。因此,选择合适的液压支架焊接工艺尤为重要。常用的液压支架结构件制作工艺为机器人焊接拼装工艺,但在实际使用过程中还存在一些问题,需要对其进行优化。因此,以某企业的液压支架掩护梁结构件为例,开展了对适用于液压支架结构件的机器人焊接拼装工艺的分析。
With the continuous development of intelligent mine construction,the requirements for fully mechanized mining equipment are getting higher and higher.As the main pressure-bearing equipment of the coal mining face,the hydraulic support directly determines the stability and safety of the coal mining work.Therefore,it is particularly important to select a suitable welding process for the hydraulic support.The commonly used manufacturing process of hydraulic support structural parts is robot welding and assembling process,but there are still some problems in the actual use process,which need to be optimized.Therefore,this paper carries out an analysis of the robot welding and assembling process suitable for hydraulic support structural parts,taking the hydraulic support shielding beam structure of a certain enterprise as an example for reference.
