摘要
航天发动机叶片是一种典型的薄壁型零件,其制作工艺一直以来都是航空工业研究的热点问题。采用不同的铣削加工方式会对航天发动机叶片的表面造成不同程度的影响,质量差异大。为了确保航天发动机叶片符合使用要求,需要优化铣削工艺参数。实际工作中要明确发动机叶片加工难点和参数优化流程,深入分析每一种加工方式的特点,并根据实际情况优化调整铣削工艺参数,提升航天发动机叶片铣削加工质量。
As a typical thin-walled part,the manufacturing technology of aerospace engine blade has always been a hot issue in the aviation industry.Different milling methods will have different effects on the surface of space engine blades,and the quality varies greatly.In order to ensure that the space engine blades meet the application requirements,the milling process parameters need to be optimized.In the actual work,it is necessary to clarify the machining difficulties and parameter optimization process of engine blades,deeply analyze the characteristics of each machining method,and optimize and adjust the milling process parameters according to the actual situation,so as to improve the milling quality of aerospace engine blades.
